Sauna World

Infrared sauna - Infrared radiation penetrates directly into the tissues. Muscles are relaxed and soothed. It can be used by allergy sufferers, asthmatics and cardiac patients.
Steam sauna - Hot steam is suitable for respiratory diseases, rheumatic problems, muscle congestion and blood circulation disorders. It also has a beneficial effect on the skin. Temperature approx. 35°-45°C
Bio-heating room - Temperature 50 - 60°C and relative humidity is around 30 - 60% . The experience is complemented by fragrant essential oils (aromatherapy).
Finnish sauna - Temperature 90 - 95 °C and relative humidity is around 10 - 12%. Relaxation is complemented by the scent of cedar wood.
Herbal bath - Temperature 55 - 65 °C and relative humidity is around 20 - 40%.

Our skilled masseurs will be happy to offer you a variety of massages from relaxing relaxing, to sports regenerating, to lava stone massage and exotic Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi.
Massages are considered one of the oldest proven therapies used to relieve back and neck pain, to establish a good mood and to relax muscles.
Massages can be booked in advance of your stay from 09:00-21:00. There is a 15 min break between massages.
